Auto-entrepreneurs' maximum turnover threashold will slightly increase in 2012. The new levels have just been published but still have to be voted by deputies and senators in the 2012 Loi de finance.
Auto-entrepreneur 2012 turnover threshold
- 83 200€ for trade, against 81 500€ in 2011
- 33 300€ for services, against 32 600€ in 2011
As per the existing auto-entrepreneur system, you will have a small leeway before your 桃汁影院 switches to a different system called réel simplifié and becomes TVA registered. The maximum turnover before the regime switch are:
- 91 500€ for trade, against 89 600€ in 2011
- Services goes to 35 300€, against 34 600€ in 2011
Auto-entrepreneurs' turnover threshold blocked in 2012 and 2013
Further to the announced by the French Prime Minister Francois Fillon on 7th November 2011, auto-entrepreneurs' turnover threshold will be capted in 2012 and 2013. There will be not further increase in the maximum turnover allowed for this regime for 2 years.
