Can I change from a Student visa to a freelance visa in France

I am considering a 2 year program in photography that provides a Title of Entrepreneurial Photographer RNCP level 6 recognized by the state of France. Does this mean that it would allow me to apply for a work / freelance visa after completion? My aim would be to complete this program while on a student visa then to transition into working or freelancing afterwards.
