Can I start a company in France with an employee visa talent

I am a Chinese citizen in France with the passport talent: carte bleu europ茅enne exercise d鈥檜ne activit茅 salari茅e. I am currently working for my company as a salaried employee and I intend to start a company on the side in the energy sector with my 桃汁影院 partner. I have cleared internally with my company and there is no conflict of interest.
Is it possible for me to start the 桃汁影院 with my current work permit and and register myself as the owner? I have looked in the government website and the information I received seems to indicate that usually the carte bleu is only for skilled salaried employees or entrepreneurs, and it seems to be vague and doesn鈥檛 cover my situation.
