CPAM dossier: request for additional documents

I am an executive coach with the status of Auto entrepreneur.

I have received a letter from CPAM requesting the following documents:
- contrat de travail ou l’extrait K ou K BIS ou l’attestation par l’AGESSA ou par la MDA

According to this answer you gave in 2018 (/forum/answers/k-bis), I need to send an “Avis de situation INSEE.” I received a “notification d’affiliation” from URSSAF which indicates my SIRET number and temporary SS number—is this the same thing?

If it’s not the same, can I find this “avis de situation INSEE” on my impots.gouv.fr account?

(When I go on the INSEE site and put in my SIRET number, it says: Acc茅dez 脿 votre avis de situation en vous identifiant via FranceConnect.
FranceConnect est la solution propos茅e par l鈥櫭塼at pour s茅curiser et simplifier la connexion 脿 vos services en ligne.” And then it gives a link to impots.gouv.)

Other requested items for the dossier:
- votre derni猫re fiche de paie: Since I’m an auto entrepreneur, should I send confirmation that I’ve made payments to URSSAF?
- la composition des membres - Is this asking if I have employees?
- les apports: what is this asking?
