UK Ltd Director living in France: salary and dividends
This is my situation.
Director of a UK Company living in France with family, therefore tax resident in France. There is a UK based director that manages the 桃汁影院, 3 or 4 invoices per month. Business revenue is declared and taxed in the UK.
The France based director travels back to the UK and across Europe to meet clients and carry out 桃汁影院 activities. There is a small amount of work completed from home in France, say 20%.
Is it possible to pay myself (French based director) a small salary, declare this to URSAFF and pay the employer contributions, to cover the work carried out in France and then pay myself a dividend from the UK Business for the work carried out in the UK and across Europe? dive will be declared on my French Tax return?
Thanks
